Interview process took about a month and done virtually. Spoke to HR for screening and then 5 different members of the team for 30 minutes each. Asked standard questions with a few situational. Overall everyone was pleasant to speak with...in speaking with the different members of the team they were giving me impressions that it would be a difficult role and they were stressed out with their current work situation. Some seemed like they were too busy to even do the interview. Declined offer because salary was low and benefits were non-competitive.
