After you apply, you will be given a link to take an aptitude and behavior test. It's a 50 question test that you have 15 minutes to complete with ONLY a pencil and paper. If you pass that test, then you are schedule to come in the office to take a similar text with different questions. (to ensure you didn't cheat) If you pass that test, they will try to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. If you are pass that phase then you will interview with the vice president.

Interview
It was delayed. It was not too difficult as long as you prepared, but I was not hired until late March. They were lucky that I had not accepted another offer yet. One more week and I would've been forced to take my other offer. That said, the interviewers were always kind, very informative, and genuinely interested in they're company and hiring a good intern.
