The interview process included an informal initial conversation with 3 leaders and one design director (who didn't show up to any interviews). It was conducted as a series of interviews that were meant to evaluate the capability of the candidate for the role. This was difficult since it was clear that the employer didn't actually know what they were looking for or what the job would entail.
