I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Bengaluru) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds:
Screening Round
Technical Interview Round
Managerial Round
Technical Interview Round
This round did not involve any coding. It focused entirely on design decisions, architectural thinking, and in-depth knowledge of Next.js. Questions were centered around how and why certain approaches are chosen, trade-offs between different rendering strategies, performance optimization techniques, state management decisions, and real-world usage of modern Next.js features such as Server Components, Server Actions, and App Router.
