Interview
Simply submitted my resume through my university's recruiting website. They then contacted me and gave me a business case. I then presented my results to two Ford recruiters for 15 minutes followed by some behavioral questions. I then had a group interview with 3 other applicants where we worked as a team to solve a modified version of the same business case. The recruiters watched and listened to us interact as we worked. I then got a call back the next day with an offer.

They asked more about teamwork. Like how did u problem solve with your team and tell me about yourself and keep it conversational. The interviewers are chill. Did u face difficulties.

Interview
Didn't go that great. The interviewer joined 5 minutes late and did not seem interested in interviewing. He cut it off 10 minutes into the call.

There's no recoding interviews before the online interview. There's only one round and it consist of asking behavioral questions non-stop for 30 mins. At the end the interviewer leave very little time (about 2 mins) for you to ask questions
