Interview
I was contacted by a Ford recruiter on my university's handshake. I scheduled a phone interview with an HR employee and after having that 30 min phone call, the HR employee ghosted me for a few months. I received a phone call from a higher Ford employee months after my phone screener and was asked if I was still interested in the position. I said yes and I had an interview with 2 Ford regional managers. During that first-round interview, I was asked 12 questions (6 experiential and 6 situational) as well as asked to read a "Trend Analysis" and give feedback on what I understood. After that round, I was told that I'd be moving on to the next and final interview where I'd interview with 4 people, the first 2 individuals were from HQ and asked 7 questions (all situational) and it lasted about 30 mins. The other 2 individuals had me do a "Dealer Roleplay" I was given 30 mins to reviews a set of documents that I would use during the roleplay in which I am working as a Zone Manager and discussing info with a Dealer.
