Easy, 8 behavioral type questions. I interviewed on campus the day after recruiting, with two people. They asked me what I was most interested in and talked about all different positions in ford. There were some resume type questions then they went into their 8 questions and they wrote down a bunch of notes on your answers. I waited about 2 weeks for them to get back to me.
