Super easy, online only. Easy test, no actual in person interview. Interview is if you can pass a drug test or a background check. Online questions are about how you handle situations and being a leader.
Took a test online that lasted an hour. Got my results fast. I was sent a ton of paperwork to fill out. No formal interview. Everything was easy and simple to do.

Interview was not required. You were required to take a assessment that took about 30 to 45 minutes. Questions ranged from personality questions and how you would handle certain situations in leadership. Company is really big on teamwork.
