First I completed an application form on the spot which was a summary of my resume. I thought that was unnecessary. The interview was a discussion about the role and the responsibilities involved. It was formal yet conversation-structured, as opposed to typical question and answer style. I felt comfortable from the time I arrived and throughout the interview.
