The interview process is quite standard. I've applied via hh.ru (wrote a small CL in comments section for application) and after the resume skrining was asked to come to the office for the interview. There were three wisisits in total.
First interview was with HR representative and I was asked quite a standard situation questions like: "Give an example of a situation from your previous experience when you had to resolve a conflict". My Ernglish skills were also checked (I was asked to discribe my last vacations on paper and oraly). My lenguage capabilities at that moment was quite pore and it was may first job interview ever so I even had no prepared answers for tipical situation questions and had to invent something on the go.
But still I've got the invitation for the next round. I had to complite 2 tests: one on logic and basic calculus an the second on understanding complex manuals and instructions.
Then there was an interview with the direct manager. By that time only 2 candidates left so bouth of us were interviewed at the same time. There were more position related questions regarding customs and papers for shipment of vehicle parts. Though they were not too spesific and deep I still didn't know the right unswer and had to use commone sence.
Apperantly that was enough since I've got the offer.
