I got a phone call from HR department, talked about job details and my expectations. Than taking an online assessment is requested. Next step is to visit the company and have a group meeting with other applicants. Totally, a group of 6 applicants and 4 people from the company. It was strange that they did not introduced themselves. You got a case study and try to figure out the best possible solution and prepare a presantation. The topic is definately not technical in engineering wise but about increasing the sales of a product.
