Four rounds HR, Technical, Practical and Situational Analysis. In HR round basic details of candidates will be discussed.In technical round experience related stuff will be discussed. In practical round, candidates are required to solve a question and submit a report. In situational analysis round, few situations will be given and candidate should explain how he/she would react / respond to that situation
