Interview
Simple 3 step process: apply online, 30 minute interview with HR, 30 minute interview with people in your field. No technical interview questions and fairly basic behaviors like "tell me about a time...". This is a VERY poorly organize though. For the first interview they sent me the wrong meeting link, and after the second one, one of the interviewers sent me the assessment form he filled out about me which was very unprofessional. The extreme disorganization and sub-par pay made me decline the offer.
