Very formal interview process, attending made me no longer want to work at Ford. I felt the disconnect between senior and junior team members immediately. My personal opinion was that I would feel like a small cog in the huge machine

I applied online and completed some online tests, then I received the email to provide the available slots for an phone interview. The nightmare just started from here. I should be able to select the available time through an online system, however, the system is always under maintenance. At least, at this stage, the hrs are nice, they sent emails to explain what was happening and tried to book a time on phone, but the working efficiency is really low, the whole process to book the interview time took about one month! Finally I completed my phone interview, and I was informed the results would come to me within 7 days. However, since then I never receive any response! Not even one! I tried to contact the recruiting team, always receiving the automatic replies! Anyway, I deserve to get a result at least, after I have prepared so much for the position! I really leel humiliated during the whole process!
