I applied online in early September for a new grad position. About 2 months later I was contacted for a 30 minute behavioral interview and then given a coding challenge to complete within a week.

Interview process consisted of behavioural questions and technical questions. Behavioural questions were typical questions like how do you solve challenges. Technical portion included python code review. I was asked design pattern questions and file reading for hardware modules.
