1. Initial screening with HR noting down background to validate relevance to the role. 2. 2nd round with Hiring Manager who seems to be in a hurry asking questions at the same time trying to show off by referring his team as HTHD (High tech and High demand) and is very rude the way he goes about asking questions and understanding responses. 3. 3rd round with Hiring manager and couple of other managers to share a presentation on AI/ML/Data analytics solution, hiring manager was not prepared. 4. Was not allowed to share the solution completely and was abruptly stopped by the hiring manager saying he was aware of this solution and he directly wanted to jump to some generic questions (technical, behavioral, managerial) gathered online and FAANG. 5. Was extended the offer, but was a low baller so had to pass. 6. My Final words its a role for members with Data engineering experience working on google cloud and not for folks with cloud engineering expertise, also not sure if you would like to work under an unprofessional Manager who is self obsessed with his personality.
