On campus interview. It was a two on one interview. Pretty laid back, I enjoyed it. They asked basic behavioral questions and ran through my resume. Overall, good interview experience. Glassdoor was very helpful with example questions .
The Ford interview process was straightforward and I enjoyed working with everyone involved. The interview was over five years ago and before the pandemic, so that could have changed since.

They sent me an email and gave me a time that works for me. I then logged on to the zoom and it was around a 15 minute interview. Around a day later, they accepted me for the test engineer role

They asked me to talk about a time where i had an challenging engineering issue and how i fixed it
it was good and smooth and the team has taken good care of the interns making sure that they are not feeling uncomfortable and are easily able to mingle with the other team members and no body else was feeling foreign in the campus.
