Ford Motor Company Zone Manager interview questions

The whole process took about a month and consisted of a screening call and 2 virtual interviews. There were a lot of behavioral/situational questions that were aimed at you drawing on previous experience to answer, which wasn't anything too complicated. The final interview was about 3 hours long and was divided into 2 parts: a formal interview and a dealership meeting simulation. They give you an 8-page packet with dealer performance metrics and you have 30 minutes to study it before the simulation starts. Try to talk about every point that's in the packet even though they tell you it isn't necessary (because it totally is). You're expected to think quickly on your feet!

Applied online, first round call with recruiter, final round call with 4 hiring managers. This was during covid so final round was via zoom, but I heard that usually it's in person.
