I first had an interview with the HR Manager. Which was great! Really loved talking with her and learning more about the company. She did let me know that females don't really get hired for the position because of the weight lifting requirement, which is 100 pounds. Easy, I do that all the time at my current job. I get the second interview. It was great. Really enjoyed meeting with the manager of the department, she was so passionate about the company. It was a good interview overall. I get a call the following week from the HR manager explaining I didn't get the job... but I was SO close to getting the job.. then it slips out that they went with a guy that has experience in an entry level job. She then wanted to know if I would be interested in an interview for Flower Shop.. which gave me a sexist vibe. Which was lame because I really thought this place would be different, but I was sadly wrong.
