The first round is with the recruiters and then the next round is with the hiring manager and that was long. They asked the normal gambit of questions, why are you leaving? What are you looking for? Etc. To be honest, I knew during the interview, I didn't want the job. It had a weird vibe, the person was nice, but I knew the job wasn't for me. The day to day of the job felt boring and the rotating weekends was something that I was not interested in. It sounded like there was no work/life balance and had I gotten an offer, I would've declined it. From reading other reviews, it seems to have a high turnover so that also speaks to the company.
