Poor communicate through the interview process. When they are in need they will push candidates through fairly quickly but take weeks to respond or provide candidates with any type of update or feedback.

Multiple rounds, last round was to be in-person in their office. Maybe it was because the recruiter reached out to me, but found it odd she pitched how working in the death industry isn't that bad. Team seemed genuinely nice though.
