Forestar Real Estate interview questions

Was contacted (unsolicited) by a DR Horton recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a phone interview with her, she sent my information to Forestar’s management team with a recommendation. I had a video call interview with Forestar’s Director of Finance. She was friendly enough but didn’t seem pleased when I asked a few tough questions about their business model toward the end of the interview. The DR Horton recruiter told me a few weeks later that they decided to go another way. Nothing against them, it just didn’t seem like a great fit. Friendly people, their reliance on DR Horton is a bit concerning to me though.
