2 behavioral phone interviews. The interview process was pretty standard and fairly easy. They asked about past projects and resume experience. Took around 30 min total. The follow up, however, was atrocious. After conveying all positive vibes and even verbally extending an on-site interview offer, the team simply never reached out again, even after I sent follow-up emails. I (half-jokingly) feared the company had gone bankrupt, the interviewer had been let go, or something catastrophic had happened to the interviewer. Given they're still hiring and my follow-up emails did not bounce back, neither seems to be true. The only remaining explanation is that Form Energy has a severe lack of professionalism and basic sense of fairness. This was my worst candidate experience so far, and I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone if you value respect and your time.

Contacted by an agency recruiter who then sent my info to the hiring manager. The hiring manager was almost a half hour late to the video interview. It wouldn’t have been ok if I was that late. They went through the usual interview questions. I didn’t hear back until weeks later telling me I wasn’t picked. I replied asking for feedback, but never heard back. It was a super unprofessional experience.
