I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Form Energy
Interview
It started with a recruiter contacting me followed by two 45 minutes phone interviews with the hiring managers. Following that was a ½ day (remote) formal interview with technical presentation and 1:1 / 2:1 interview with team members. Finally, a follow-up and an offer.
Few points to share, the team is awesome, and the problem Form is solving is very important in clean energy technology. The work culture seems great. Apart from a great team, they have a good IP portfolio, test setup and now it's time to execute, develop MVP and get to the market.
Few points to improve on: The candidate experience is not the best and should be improved in the future to attract the best candidates. Keeping candidates informed is a good thing that recruiters do, but the process takes too long which can make candidates cold during the hiring process.
Plenty of things to do and improve on and if you like to work on meaningful and challenging problems, then this may be the organization for you.
