I've been with 4 startups in my career. This being the 4th. The recruitment process is better than I've ever experienced. The interview process was organized and with relevant team members. Further, Jamal Lewis and the HR team was/are STELLAR. The communication and the timing took the pain out of this process. I can't rave enough about how positive they made this process. It takes a particular glutton for pain to enjoy interviews... this team made it as positive as I could have expected.
