The interview process was very casual! At first it was a call with a recruiter on behalf of Form Energy, then a call with the hiring manager, then a call with two more team members in the finance department, then the controller, then a casual conversation with the CFO before extending an offer. It felt less like a structured interview with ready-to-go questions, but more open ended where I talked about my past work experience and qualifications, the kind of work I was doing, and plenty of opportunities to ask more questions about the company structure, challenges, and current Form employees' past work and what led them to Form in the first place. The process was long (was about a month and a half from initial job application to receiving an offer) but the additional interviews was great to learn more of the company culture and ultimately who you'd work with.
Everybody I had talked to was extremely friendly and emphasized to reach out if I had any other questions we didn't have a chance to talk about live. Even though the process was a bit long, I felt very involved from start to finish and knew where hiring team was in their process as they were vetting other candidates.
