I had 3 different interview sessions. The first being with the recruiter. This was more of a general overview of my experience and a conversation about myself. The second was with a manager. This interview your typical interview with question about your experience and how you handled situations. The third round was what they called a panel interview. It consisted of 4 separate interviews with 4 different people. Each interview lasting about a half hour. These 4 people were from different departments that I would be working with. While at first I was intimidated because I didn’t know what to expect but after going through the process I can say it was a very pleasant experience. Each person that I interviewed with was very nice and made me feel comfortable. It felt like I already knew them and worked with them.
