The final interview was remote with the team and had 2 parts:
1. A half an hour round table with everyone provide a summary of my experience.
2. Several (I think 5 in my case) breakout sessions with each individual present in the round table separately,
The interview design and theme was fine (5/5). The implementation, not so much:
1. The schedule had a session between me and the company recruiter, probably to go over the presentation deck and give a few pointers. He did not show up.
2. Almost everyone, except for the last interviewer, showed up at least 5 minutes last.
3. Overall, the interview was pretty good as far as I could tell, However, they went radio silent for 3 weeks after that despite several reminders. From where I am standing, I think it is half because they don't care much about interviewees and half because the recruitment process is mostly out-sourced. At the end, I retracted my application, I would rather work somewhere else.
