Interview
The process in general was very friendly with 6 of 8 people that interviewed me. The biggest deal was with the interviews with a few Staff members. The questions were very general about how I would automate this process and which tools or processes I would like to use. The questions weren't well conducted. They tried to oversimplify my answers when later on what they really wanted to ask me was a complete control architecture and the steps for selecting the components.
