I approached the company on my own by sending them an email and my resume. They were clearly impressed and we had a phone interview where they asked about my background, computer science and programming skills. I was also asked about my math background and my research. After the initial phone interview, I received an email where they asked me to take a test to make sure I am what they are looking for. The test was very analytical, had to recognize patterns and find the object that didn't fit. Was a bit tricky but once you learn what to look for it becomes fairly easy. I passed the test and was called into an in person interview. The interview was very short and to the point. they asked about my analytical skills and having worked as a Data Scientist Intern I had a good background. They asked what I did at my previous work, what career do I want, how I can help the company, what expectations were, etc etc
