I contacted Head of Sales via email and then got an email from the Head of HR and was asked to complete an assessment test. The test was not a difficult one and the main goal was to check how I can generate Leads, what tools I'll be using and how I'll reach them. It took me about an hour to complete it, the other day I got a templated request that we are not a good match. I asked for a feedback and things that can be improved, but no one emailed me back. Looks like they are collecting information and email templates. Anyway, the way they organize the process is unprofessional and disrespectful...
