I applied online, they sent me an assessment to do over the weekend, ended up moving onto the phone interview with HR lady, then a video interview via Google Hangouts with the product manager and a designer (one of their videos kept cutting out because of their poor wifi connection and made the interview kinda awkward, the product manager also seemed to get distracted a number of times during the interview as well). They sounded enthusiastic about reaching out to me by the end of the week on next steps, and 3 weeks later - no responses to any of my thank you emails or the additional "any updates on the position?" email. Probably not a great company to work for as they seem to not be so keen on giving feedback and seems to favor ghosting potential candidates.
