Brief standard interview with someone in HR, which included a very simple coding exercise that I'm guessing filters out applicants who don't even have the most basic skills as it was laughably easy.
Next was a longer, much more technical interview which lasted about an hour and contained a surprise live coding problem.
I thought it went well, aside from some hiccups during the coding portion, and was shocked to hear a week later that he decided to pass on me.
Strung along for a week for no reason, absolutely refused to give any sort of feedback or reason for passing on my application, very unprofessional handling of a rejection.
