After you apply, they will give you a call. The fire and hire new people all the time. You go in for an interview (mine was the day after the call). They ask you two dumb questions and are definitely going to hire you. You fill out the paperwork and start within a few days.

There are none. I was asked "How would you deal with an angry customer?" and "Tell me about yourself." THAT'S IT.
