Interview
I had an employee referral (but also applied online). In about, one week I was contacted to set up a phone screen over skype. After the phone screen, they sent me a packet with four engineering/design questions that was meant to be completed in a couple of hours. About a week and a half later, I had an in-person interview where I got a tour and met with two engineers to go over my packet answers. I was called in two days later to speak to the leader of a team they thought I would be a better fit with. He liked me, and they gave me an offer the following week.
