1) phone screen with HR-- soft skills interview and hit some overall/general technical topics listed on resume
2) phone call with 2 technical folks from department you will be joining-- got into some very technical scenerios
3) another phone call if you are not local -- on site if you are -- have team interview process, very heavy on technical questions
