I was initially contacted by an HR person for a phone screening interview. She was great on the phone and answered all of my questions. Couple of hours after the call I was invited for an in-person interview with the team the following week. I spent around 3h meeting with 3 different team members and the process was very enjoyable. I think that we were all trying to get a good "feel" for one another and figure out if I was the right fit. They made it seem that they were looking for somebody who shares the same vision as the company, and not necessarily somebody who has all the experience listed in the ad. I was informed the following week that I advanced to the next stage which is a 1:1 with the CFO. He was a delight to talk to and he really helped me see my future with the company. After reference check and additional conversation I was offered a job. The whole process was fast and enjoyable, with feedback provided after each stage.
