Horrible interview process. I had applied online and was contacted to set up an initial phone screen. The interviewer was late to call, then proceeded to interview me for a Recruiter role despite me never having applied to it. Turns out the Recruiter had moved my application over to that role "because she thought I'd be a better fit for it" without my prior knowledge. As if it couldn't get any worse, I had to tell the Recruiter which position I had actually applied for since the Recruiter had no idea. The Recruiter proceeded by letting me know that there was no "position open" for me and attempted to recommend an Administration position to me. Not only was this unprofessional, but a waste of both my time and the Recruiter's time. It's a shame since I really had heard nothing but good things about this company.
