Few rounds of telephone interviews with various team members and a "challenge", basically how would you solve a defined problem. This was followed by an onsite interview that was somewhat striking in that I did not see one POC nor female aside from the Hispanic janitors. Their top engineer was late to the interview and incredibly pompous with condescending overtones. They've achieved growth in the 3D printer market but have a lot of growing to do with their culture.
