Very odd and questionable approach to interviewing. Strong message about having to devote most of your life for a average salary doing work that can be commonly found at many other companies for more money and more personal time. Don’t be surprised if you find that you spend significant time providing information/answering questions but, not even getting one single reply to any of your own. Suggest looking else where for employment. All the signs of company that see’s their engineers as just numbers.
