Forrester Digital Marketing Manager interview questions

Virtual interview with the HR manager and hiring manager. It was very normal and, I thought, positive. Good overview of the company and a lot of focus on how the company is 'different' to others and really 'cares about people'. They said they liked me/my experience, I was sold and eager to hear next steps... but they ghosted me. I tried following up a couple of times to no avail. Really disappointing given how much they said they were good people are cared about their employees. I would have been fine with a 'no' - fair enough - but to ghost people is really unfair, particularly in the current climate.
