The interview process at Forrester Research was quite bizarre. After attending their open house and speaking extensively with the recruiter about the ADM role, I had moved on to the final stage of interviews.
When I arrived, the HR rep was almost 20 minutes late in greeting me. The four employees that I interviewed with seemed to have already made up their minds before entering the room that they weren't interested in hiring me. One interviewer, in particular, was very condescending.
After three hours of conversations, I waited over half an hour for the HR rep to dismiss me. She never showed up. I went to reception and was told that she was nowhere to be found.
The recruiter who had initially contacted me then emailed me and said that I would be contacted by the end of the week either way. It wasn't until two weeks later that she called and gave a weird excuse as to why I wasn't moving on. After saying that the interviewers didn't get the, "Why Forrester?" vibe from me, the recruiter said that I should apply again for perhaps another role in the company.
My experience with Forrester felt like a big waste of time.

It was very straightforward. I was reached out to on Linkedin. Then I had a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with multiple people. The people I met with were both managers and peers.

Great application process in which you get the chance to informally speak with employees you would possibly be working together with. The application process consists of several telephone interviews, an on-site interview and a presentation. Prior to each stage you are very well informed- and prepared by a recruiter. After each stage you get the opportunity to recap together with this recruiter, something I experienced as very pleasant and helpful. Big thumbs up to all people involved in the application process. It felt to me as a great journey of applying at a very professional yet down-to-earth company.

I had a short 10 mins phone interview with a recruiter. She was very pleased with things I had to say about the company. Unfortunately we both decided not to proceed further after she told me about the salary - was too low and non negotiable.
