I applied online, heard back from the recruiter within a week. My recruiter was the best part of the process. The phone interview lead to an all day in-person interview. The in-person process was poorly ran. The Client Success team felt tired and it clearly showed. All of the questions were behavioral questions and they didn't even ask me about my background and experience. Felt like "What can you do for me now" vibe when meeting with them. As a minority business professional, I would've bought to the team a diverse and unique skill set and approach to client success and I felt like I was a great fit for the role. Their loss.
Pretty straightforward phone screen. The recruiter was really nice and helpful. She even offered to look at other open roles for me. However once pay was brought up, the conversation ended quickly after.
