Forte Research Systems interview questions

The job description was for someone with 1-2 years experience. They had a full day 8 hour series of interviews so you would meet almost everyone in the company and they would get to ask you questions. The questions were all over the map. About 75% were asking about skills that went beyond the job description. Basically it seemed like they were looking for a jack of all trades (programming, web development, desktop support, networking) and not for the position described. I didn't get the position and I felt like they wasted my whole day. It was grueling.
