I applied online, had a short discussion with HR over the phone. Then I had to take an online test (algorithms, java, javascript, sql). It took for about 40 minutes. Then I was invited to an interview with 2 senior developers. Was asked not very difficult java core questions. Then, after a couple of days I had a short discussion with the manager.

Interview
I applied for this position through a job portal and was contacted by email by their HR staff and asked to come in for a preliminary test. The test lasted about 2 1/2 hrs and included questions from Java, OOP, DB and Algorithms. After passing the test, you will be asked for an interview. The interview lasts about an hour and covers the same areas as the test. In the beginning I was also asked to write a short piece of code that solved a simple problem.
Both staff and working spaces seem very good.
