They brought you out to one of their locations for a day in the life in the role as well as multiple interviews with different people. It was very laid back and a good environment. You'd have about four or five interviews throughout the day, with a lunch with current employees, ending with a happy hour. I got great vibes from the whole staff and enjoyed the day, but never heard from any of the people I spoke to again regarding the company

Interview
Had some really great first and second interview rounds, and then they flew me out to see the office. was there all day and thought it went well and then they basically ghosted me. acted as if they were super interested and then i had to reach out multiple times and they wouldn't even tell me if they were moving forward with me or not. got completely ghosted and scammed.
On site interview speaking with people who worked in various positions at the company. A lot of small talking and asking questions. Surprised at how little formal interviewing there was but I definitely learned a lot.
