Applied to a job posting on a job board. Was contacted several weeks later and had a phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter asked me to come in for a half day of interviews with multiple people. I took the day off from my current role to interview. The interview process was disorganized and disrespectful. 1 EA failed to call in for her timeslot. Another EA didn't even read my resume ahead of time. The Senior EA was rude and clearly "old school secretary". The following day I noticed that the role had been reposted which lead me to believe that I had not been chosen to move on. I never received a phone call or an email regarding the status of my IN PERSON interviews. I took time off from an existing job, spent half a day in person interviewing with multiple people-not notifying me of my status shows a complete lack of respect and professionalism. In reading the reviews from actual employees I suspect I dodged a bullet.
