I recently interviewed for a position with the Fort team and went through a total of four rounds over the span of three days. The interview process was quite chaotic, as each round was generally scheduled either just before or even while I was in the middle of the current round. This made the process feel rushed and disorganized.
Unfortunately, I wasn't given any insights or details about what to expect in each round. Instead, I was left to dive in blindly, which added unnecessary stress and uncertainty to the experience. It felt like the entire process lacked transparency, and I was never sure what the company was really looking for.
The most frustrating part came after the interviews were completed. Despite making multiple attempts to follow up with the recruiter and even reaching out directly to the Hiring Manager, I received no responses. There was no feedback, no update on my status, and no closure. It was as if my time and effort during the interview process didn’t matter.
Overall, this experience was a total waste of time. The lack of communication and transparency from the Fort team was disappointing and unprofessional.
