Intimidating at first -- interview moved very fast, interviewers asked a lot of specific questions, hypothetical situations, etc. However, I spent about 5 hours preparing for the interview using the resources provided by them ahead of time and my prep definitely helped a lot. Definitely utilize those resources and don't go into it blindly, regardless of your experience in the field.

Hypothetical scenarios and how you would respond if you were the CRA assigned to the study (e.g., Checking Informed Consent, etc.)
Very straightforward interview process. Know the job description and be able to talk about your experiences and there will be no surprises in the interview process. Know the basics of the CRA role and be able to talk about the CRA role
Spoke with HR set up a call with 2 managers. Expected to make a PP presentation (5-6 slides) on what being a CRA entails. Whole process was not difficult. HR was great about telling you what to expect.
