Interview
First stage is a phone interview and AC afterward. But very frustrated to Mazar HR team. I reveived an email in January that I am invited to AC and date to be informed soon. But there was no single follow-up email for 6 months. I kept calling and sending email Mazars to track my current application status and to ask my AC date. And replies were just automatic email reply saying there are huge amount of volumes and asking me to wait. In July, I finally received an email that the position has filled out and they offered me to transfer my application to other roles. They did not clarify a reason for not informing AC date for more than 6 months. This is the worst and most disappointed application that I have ever had.
